Lexorant ("Lexorant", "we", "us", "our") provides intellectual property (IP) training and capability-building services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit lexorant.com or engage with our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described here.
We process personal data in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where it applies to you, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information you give us. When you fill in a contact or enquiry form, request a demo or proposal, register for a workshop, course, assessment or webinar, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us, we may collect:
Name, email address, phone number
Organisation, job title, and country
The content of your message or enquiry
Assessment responses and learning progress, where you take part in a Lexorant training programme or skills assessment
Information collected automatically. When you browse our website, we and our service providers may collect:
IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
Pages viewed, time spent, referring website, and general location (city or country level)
Cookie and similar-technology data (see Section 7)
Information from third parties. If you contact us through LinkedIn or another platform, or your employer enrols you in a programme, we may receive basic details such as your name, work email and role.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account, or government ID details) and ask that you do not submit it to us.
We use personal data to:
Respond to your enquiries and provide proposals, quotes and support
Deliver, administer and improve our training programmes, assessments and content
Send you service messages such as confirmations, schedules, certificates and updates
Send newsletters, insights and event invitations, where you have opted in or where permitted by law (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Understand how our website is used and improve its performance and content
Maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations

Your organisation, where it has enrolled you in a programme and is entitled to receive attendance or progress information.
Professional advisers and authorities, such as lawyers, accountants, or government bodies, where needed to comply with law or protect our rights.
A successor entity, if Lexorant is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Lexorant is based in India, and some of our service providers may store or process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected, in line with applicable law.

Our website and services are intended for professionals and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
